This is me, moving out of my comfort zone.

For this post, I took my first foray into video blogging. After, well, freaking out a bit, I ditched my first plan and decided to share my own experience of pushing the edges of my comfort.

Because I don’t think I’m the only one who ever feels this way…..

In the video, I share a guided imagery exercise at the end. If you want to join in, I invite you to take your time with it, pause the video and do it at the pace that feels like it will support you the most.

If this is an area that’s really difficult for you.

There are many options for support, from friends to self-help books, spiritual guidance to therapy.

If you find that you feel stuck because pushing your edges even just a little bit is too overwhelming, you might consider getting some professional help. If you’re interested in a free consultation to see if a creative, body-centered approach to therapy might be right for you, please get in touch.
