When you are looking for the support you need, it’s important to find therapy that is right for you. We offer a free 20–30 minute phone consultation to help you figure out if we’re the right fit. You’ll have a chance to share what you’re looking for in therapy, ask questions, and hear about our therapists and how we work. Fill out the form below to get started.

We might be a good fit for you if:

  • You are age 16 or older
  • You are looking for individual or couples therapy
  • You are interested in our integrative approach to therapy
  • You want in-person therapy in Great Barrington, MA or telehealth from anywhere in MA or NY
  • You have the ability to work with our payment and insurance procedures – all of our clients pay out of pocket, some of our clients can use out-of-network insurance benefits to get reimbursement after paying for our services
  • You have the scheduling flexibility to attend sessions during regular business hours and understand that options for time slots may be limited

 

What Happens Next?

Once you submit the form, here’s what to expect:

We’ll review your message and respond within a few business days and give you a link to book your free consultation call.  Please feel free to reach out if you haven’t heard from us – sometimes messages get lost in spam. 

On the call (about 20–30 minutes) you’ll talk with our director, Annabelle Coote, or another therapist. You’ll share what’s bringing you in, ask questions, and we’ll figure out together whether we’re the right fit and which of our therapists makes sense for you.

If we decide it’s a good fit and you decide to work with us, we’ll get you scheduled for your first session.

If we’re not the right fit or we don’t have openings, we’ll point you to other options.
