Get in touch to arrange a free phone consultation so that we can get acquainted and see if working together is right for you.
 
We’ll spend about 30 minutes on the phone.  You’ll get a chance to share about your situation and what you are looking for, and learn more about how we can help.  
 
Usually the free phone consultation is scheduled with our Director, Annabelle Coote.  During the call, we’ll take a look at which of our therapists might be the right choice for you.
 
If we decide to move forward together, we’ll make a plan about the next steps for getting you started in therapy.
