We all have times when life feels chaotic.

In this video, I explore the importance of having refuge.

Have fun and be creative.

I encourage you to play around with the ideas from the video and create your own.

When it’s really hard.

If you find that you’re just too overwhelmed to make headway or don’t know how your might even get started, I encourage you to get some support in making steps toward finding respite and refuge. Some options for this might be friends, coaches, spiritual guides, or therapists.

If you’re interested in a free consultation to see if a creative, body-centered approach to therapy might be right for you, please get in touch.
